GROWN Magazine is a culture-forward magazine exploring creativity, ambition, identity, and growth for Gen Z to millennial aged Black women through editorial, events, and community. As we enter 2026, we’re looking to add an Editor-in-Chief, Events Producer, and Editorial Assistant to our team.

Editor-in-Chief

(Commission-Based, Part-Time Leadership Role)

About the Role

The Editor-in-Chief is a core leadership role on our executive team at GROWN. This person will help guide the magazine’s editorial vision, operations, and growth, while also serving as a visible leader and representative of the brand.

This role is ideal for someone who sees editorial leadership as a platform and is excited by the intersection of storytelling, community, and brand partnerships.

Compensation

This is a commission-based role, with earnings tied to brand partnerships, sponsorships, and revenue-generating editorial initiatives you help bring in and close.
